Running a 45-minute funnel critique

Minute plan
- 0–5: Read the funnel sketch aloud — no slides.
- 5–20: Probe one fork only. Ban side quests.
- 20–35: Decide what to measure next versus what to fix in product.
- 35–45: Assign owners and a visible due date.
If someone opens a raw SQL editor mid-meeting, pause. Mobile App Funnel Analytics critiques need shared language first; warehouse details belong in a follow-up with data engineering.
